Contact Us

We’d love to hear from you. Whether you’ve got a story idea, spotted a mistake, or just fancy saying hello, send us a message and a real person will read it. Popular Magazine is still young, and the best parts of it will come from conversations with the people who read it. So please don’t be shy. No message is too small, and nobody here will mind if you write just to say you enjoyed something.

The quickest way to reach us

The easiest route is the contact form on this page. Fill in your name, email address and message, and it lands straight in our inbox. If you would rather use your own email app, you can write to us directly at admin@popularmagazine.co.uk. Either way, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What you can write to us about

  • Story ideas. Tell us what you think everyone should be talking about, or what nobody is talking about yet. The best stories often begin with a simple question, like “Why is everyone suddenly into this?”
  • Corrections. If we got something wrong, we want to know. We’ll check it and fix it.
  • Feedback. What you enjoyed, what you didn’t, and what you’d like to see more of. Honest opinions help us more than polite silence.
  • Guest posts and collaborations. If you’d like to contribute or work with us, send a short pitch along with a link to your work.
  • Questions. About the site, how we put our stories together, or anything else you’re curious about.
  • Anything else. Seriously, anything. If it doesn’t fit above, write to us anyway.

Pitching us a story

If you’re sending an idea, a few lines is plenty. Tell us what the story is, why people would care right now, and any angle you think others have missed. You don’t need to write the whole article or sound professional. A clear, honest note beats a polished sales pitch every time. If you have already written something and would like us to consider it, include a link or paste the text, and tell us a little about yourself.

Spotted a mistake?

Nobody gets everything right, and we would much rather hear about an error from you than not hear about it at all. Send us the link to the article and point out the line you think is wrong. If you can, tell us what the correct information is and where we can check it. We’ll look into it, fix it if you’re right, and let you know once it’s done.

Before you hit send

A few small details help us get back to you faster:

  • Your name, so we know who we’re talking to.
  • A clear subject line, such as “Story idea” or “Correction”.
  • Links, screenshots or context, if your message is about a specific article.
  • The email address you’d like us to reply to, checked for typos. You’d be surprised how often a missing letter stops a reply from arriving.

How quickly will we reply?

We try to answer within a few working days. Occasionally it takes a little longer, especially at busy times, and it isn’t because we’re ignoring you. If you haven’t heard anything after a week, send us a gentle nudge and we’ll look into it.

What we can’t help with

To save you some time: we can’t give personal advice on legal, medical or financial matters, and we don’t respond to unsolicited sales emails or link-exchange requests. If your message falls into one of those groups, it will probably go unanswered, and it’s nothing personal.

Your information

When you contact us, we only use your details to reply to you, and we never sell them. You can read exactly how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.

Thanks for taking the time to write. It genuinely makes our day.
